This site may contain links to third-party sites (partners, payment providers). The Foundation has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content.
Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Cameroonian law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable agreement, the territorially competent courts of Cameroon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Library terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases of the digital books offered in the site's Library. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.
Seller: Fondation Cœur & Santé Cameroun, Yaoundé, Cameroon — contact@fondationcoeursante.org.
Prices: prices are shown before ordering, in the visitor's currency, based on a reference price in euros and the day's conversion rate. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount paid. The Foundation is not subject to VAT: prices are net.
Payment: payment is processed by a specialised provider (bank card or Mobile Money). The Foundation never has access to your bank details or your Mobile Money code. The order is final only once the provider has confirmed the payment.
Delivery: as soon as payment is confirmed, an email with a personal download link for each book is sent to the address given when ordering. Each link is valid for 7 days and allows three downloads.
Right of withdrawal: the books are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By confirming your order, you request this immediate supply and expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download link is made available.
Defective file or link not received: if the file does not open, the link has expired or the email did not reach you, you can receive new links free of charge at any time using the “Send my links again” form on the Library page, or by writing to us at the address above.
Use: the books are for personal use. Reproduction, resale or public distribution is prohibited without the Foundation's written permission. Their content is for information purposes and does not replace a medical consultation.
Governing law: these terms are governed by Cameroonian law, without prejudice to the protective provisions available to consumers in their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

contact@fondationcoeursante.orgPrivacy policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026This policy explains what data the Cameroon Heart & Health Foundation (FCSC) collects on this site, why, and how you stay in control of it.
Data controller
The Cameroon Heart & Health Foundation is the controller for data collected on this site. For any question, write to contact@fondationcoeursante.org.
Data we collect
Depending on the form you use, we collect:
- First name, last name and email address — for contact, volunteering, news, white paper or free-book requests;
- Phone number and billing information — only when required for a donation or order;
- No bank details: payment is processed directly by our payment provider, which never shares your card number or Mobile Money credentials with us.
Why we use it
- Process a contact, application, donation, order or document request;
- Send you a confirmation, a receipt, or the download link you requested;
- Send you Foundation news, only if you have opted in, at most twice a year;
Legal basis
These uses rely either on fulfilling a request you made (donation, order, white paper), or on your explicit consent (newsletter).
Who receives this data
Your data is accessible to the Foundation's team and, depending on the form, to our strictly necessary technical service providers: the hosting and email delivery partner, Cloudflare when enabled for traffic protection, and the payment provider displayed at the time of the transaction. It is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Data linked to a donation or order is kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, then archived or deleted. Document requests are kept only as long as required for delivery and access security. Unsubscribing stops Foundation news; it does not automatically erase the history of an order or a request already fulfilled. You may ask the Foundation to erase data that is no longer required.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Only essential technical items (language, Library basket, payment security) are stored in your browser; they do not require consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the use of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@fondationcoeursante.org. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in Cameroon or in your country of residence.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No bank details are ever stored by the Foundation.
Changes
This policy may change over time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the version in force.
